What is the lead time for my order?

In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For custom or out-of-stock handmade tiles, lead times can range from 8 to 14 weeks depending on the complexity of the design.

Can I order samples before committing to a full order?

Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. Because our tiles are handmade, natural variations in color and texture occur. Samples allow you to see these nuances in your own lighting and space.

How much overage should I order?

We recommend ordering 15% overage to account for cuts, breakages during installation, and future repairs. This ensures you have tiles from the same production batch for color consistency.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. For international inquiries outside of North America, please contact our logistics team for a custom freight quote.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unopened, full boxes of tile within 30 days of delivery, subject to a 25% restocking fee. Please note that custom orders and samples are final sale and cannot be returned.

Do I need to seal my tile?

Most of our cement and natural stone tiles are porous and must be sealed before and after grouting to prevent staining and ensure longevity. Ceramic and zellige tiles generally do not require sealing on the glazed surface.
