At Zia Tile, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our handmade products and want you to be completely satisfied with your design journey. If your order doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for all stocked tile collections in their original, unopened packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack with Care
Securely repackage your tiles in their original boxes and stack them onto a pallet if necessary to ensure they remain stable and break-free during transit.
Arrange Shipping
Ship the authorized items back to our warehouse using a carrier of your choice; we recommend using a tracked service and purchasing insurance as the sender is responsible for any transit damage.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to confirm they are in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus a 20% restocking fee.
